Given that nobody has defended my son, I will I, is due. In this big game situations families are most affected.
My son, the flamboyant former foreign minister, who has served the country for 14 years irreproachable, has been and will be an exceptional being, with qualities and skills that distinguish it. In its 40 years has never given cause for concern or shame but quite the opposite. Like eagles, flew high, has been fearless, has a broad and solid universal culture, an understanding of the world and a privileged analytical skills, is humble and very respectful and responsible. I think however, that all these wonderful attributes are their own worst enemy because birds creeping scavengers and flying low and in circles, do not support their nobility because it makes them reflect its cheapness and mediocrity.
On the issue of time in the tabloids, the so-called "self appointment" reflects not only the above, but a total ignorance and levity in the analysis of the facts. All the leaders, journalists and members to outsource criteria, they did so without having read a file, without understanding what really is the correct procedure, and of course without a sound mind. Let's see:
The March 2, 2010, Mrs. Laura Chinchilla publicly presented "his first appointment," which consisted of the new Chancellor and the new Ambassador to the UN. This event was widely covered by newspapers and television programs. So was Mrs. Laura who chose and appointed.
Following the naming ceremony on 2 March, the Foreign Ministry issued a document to the Governing Council endorsement. By constitutional mandate, the Governing Council only has the power to appoint or remove Ambassadors. This document prepared by the Legal Department of the Foreign Ministry, was the collective request for the appointment of many ambassadors, including the future United Nations Ambassador. This application must be signed by the Chancellor on the basis that it was to be the next ambassador. And this was the period signal. This request for the appointment at no time was designated as illegal or unfair by the Legal Department of the Foreign Ministry or the Presidential Palace. Bruno Stagno also was not present at the Governing Council who saw the appointments.
However, an amateur journalism, who is in charge of the political column of The Nation, has continually hounded former Minister (a thing to review the newspapers), has never reported for example that Bruno was President International Criminal Court for three years, now Vice President with nine other authorities at the highest international standing of the Committee Advisor of this Court, which has been the "ideal student profile" of Princeton University, among many other awards and achievements. This learner, again, achieved its objective because the leaders in charge of defending the Chancellor were not able or did not have the courage to do so, preferring to play the game of journalism, the role and future hunting votes. Politics is like this: a permanent game of opportunism, where loyalty does not exist.
Alvaro Murillo I imagine will be proud to win and think its unfortunate that the new hunt will be granted a new award for journalists as they were previously Chinese bonds (prize which I never understood). Do you have noticed that there is a second legal report of the Legal Department of the Foreign Ministry? Did you report on it someday?
